Calculator Inputs: Processed in Your Browser Only
Our calculators (macro, TDEE, BMI, and calorie tools) run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you enter, such as age, weight, height, and activity level, are processed locally on your device to produce results. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your calculator inputs. When you close or refresh the page, that data is gone. We cannot see it, sell it, or share it, because it never reaches our servers.
Information We May Collect
We collect only a limited amount of information, and only for operating and improving the site:
- Log data: Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the time and date of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic analysis.
- Contact messages: If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message so we can respond.
We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or health records. We do not require accounts or sign-ups to use any calculator.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality, such as remembering your cookie consent choice.
- Analytics cookies: If we use a web analytics service (such as Google Analytics), it may set cookies to help us understand aggregate usage patterns, like which pages are popular. This data is anonymized where possible.
- Advertising cookies: We display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. These partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet. Third-party ad servers or ad networks may also use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons in their advertisements and links that appear on our site. We do not have access to or control over the cookies used by these third-party advertisers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties for more information.

Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain data uses.
